Who is loaded on which day — videos due, next 3 weeks

Each editor's open tasks, soonest due first. Delivered videos drop off the list.

Every batch, every client — set what you sold, rename, close

Show closed batches

Size = what the client bought. Videos ticked "doesn't count" are left out of it.

"Finished" counts videos whose edit end date falls inside the period.

Every change is logged — this is where you check the day's work actually happened.

Hand to an editor

Each video lands on the first day that editor has room — no more than 2 due on any one day. Anything already overdue gets a fresh date from today.

Even out the workload

No editor ends up with more than 2 videos due on the same day. Videos that are already overdue, or have no editor yet, are left exactly as they are.

Combine into one

They stay separate on the Videos board — this only makes the Batches tab show them as one card, with the sizes added together. Nothing in the videos changes.

Import videos from a CSV

Columns it reads: Client, Video, Batch type, Batch, Filmed, Filmed by, Due, Edit by, Edit start, Edit end, Status, Final link, Checked, Notes. Dates as YYYY-MM-DD. Client and Video are the only ones that must be filled.
